(Un)-Tangled: CoParenting Peer Support Group is a seven-session program, based on the book (UN)Tangled by Dr. Deborah Gilman that provides co-parents with tools such as emotional regulation and healthy communication to promote an atmosphere of stability for children and within co-parenting relationships.
