PARENT CHILD ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (PCAP)
The Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is an evidenced-based home visitation and outreach case management program for women, living high risk lifestyles looking to make positive changes in their lives. The goals are to help women build healthy families and prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs.
